Electronic Signature Disclosure

mysig produces Simple Electronic Signatures (SES). By signing through mysig you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature, consistent with the Electronic Commerce Act 2006 (Malaysia).

What we record

For each signature we capture the signer's name and email, a timestamp, the IP address, the user agent, and the chosen signature method (drawn, typed, or uploaded). A tamper-evident sealed PDF and audit certificate are generated on completion.

Consent & withdrawal

You may decline to sign electronically at any time before completing a document. Declining returns the document to its sender unsigned.
