Taming Solutions ("we") processes the personal data you and your signers provide to deliver the signing service: names, email addresses, document contents, and signing metadata (timestamp, IP address, user agent) recorded for audit and legal-validity purposes.

What we collect

Account data, uploaded documents, and signer audit metadata. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Documents and audit records are retained while your account is active and as required to evidence completed signatures. You may request deletion at info@tamingsolutions.com.

In compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
