mysig is operated by Taming Solutions. By using mysig you agree to these terms. mysig provides electronic signature software; you are responsible for the lawful use of documents you process and for the validity of agreements you create.

Acceptable use

You may not use mysig for unlawful documents, fraud, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

mysig is provided "as is". Taming Solutions is not liable for the enforceability of any specific agreement; consult a lawyer where signature law is material to your use case.
