Terms of Service

mysig is operated by TAMING NOTIFY SOLUTIONS (Reg. 202603115672) ("Taming Solutions"). By using mysig you agree to these terms. mysig provides electronic signature software; you are responsible for the lawful use of documents you process and for the validity of agreements you create.

Acceptable use

You may not use mysig for unlawful documents, fraud, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

API fair use

Each API key is subject to a rate limit of 10 requests per second, with short bursts of up to 20 requests; requests beyond this receive an HTTP 429 response. Each paid plan also carries a monthly API-document fair-use guidance (Starter 50, Pro 2,000, Business unlimited). The monthly guidance is advisory and does not block requests, but sustained volume beyond your plan's guidance may require an upgrade to the Business plan. We may adjust these limits to protect service stability for all customers; material changes will be reflected here.

Liability

mysig is provided "as is". Taming Solutions is not liable for the enforceability of any specific agreement; consult a lawyer where signature law is material to your use case.
